The Queens College Library Memory Lab is a do-it-yourself (DIY) space for CUNY students, faculty, and staff to learn about archiving and digitize personal, administrative, and scholarly materials, including VHS tapes, audio cassettes, photographic prints, slides, and negatives. It is possible to set up a short session to go over what you have and good ways to store your materials if you have materials that are not covered in this guide. If you do not have access to a scanner at home, arrangements can be made to set up a scanning session as well.
