BAM! Body and Mind Interactive site for children that covers topics like health, nutrition, and safety from the U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention.
GirlsHealth.gov Interactive site for teenage girls that covers areas like relationships, fitness, feelings, and nutrition. Maintained by the Office on Women's Health, a part of the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services.
Go Ask Alice! Focused on older teens and college students. Cover's general health, nutrition, drugs and alcohol, and more. Maintained by a team with advanced degrees in fields such as medicine, counseling, public health, and health education.
USA.gov Education Government information on education including primary, secondary, and higher education. 
Kids Quest Provides basic facts about mental disorders, ADHD, autism. Most areas have a people page that gives names of famous people who have been diagnosed with the disorder.
